Wow. Really wow! I can't believe how much you have accomplished and that you already have produce to show for it! It seems like it was just a month ago you put the garden in! It is beautiful and you should be damn proud of your efforts.

what's this ooze tube thing? we had an eggplant that didn't do that well i wonder if that would've helped

It is an automatic watering system. It could have just been the plant, too. Between the flea beetles and red spider mites (which you can hardly see), three out of five plants didn't make it.

You and B should compare gardening notes. We planted late (and went small bc of the renovations) but we already have 1/4 of a jalapeno that I cannot wait to put in a salsa!

you and i could be farmers in the UK...it was so easy to grow EVERYTHING there. gosh i miss that place.
